Terms & Conditions of Use j34d

Please read this document carefully before using the j34d platform. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the j34d platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the j34d platform — whether via web browser or mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the j34d platform. The platform reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users below this age are prohibited from registering or using any services offered by j34d.
2. Account Creation & Security
Registration & User Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the j34d platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. j34d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone call. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Identity Verification
The platform reserves the right to require users to undergo identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification process is complete.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
By using the j34d platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of regulations applicable in Malaysia.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of the platform's systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including credit card fraud, identity fraud, or transaction manipulation.
- Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Distributing harmful, defamatory, obscene, or rights-infringing content through any communication channel on the platform.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances linked to suspicious activity, and further legal action where applicable.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the j34d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX and approved e-wallets. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you and is registered under the same name as your j34d account.
Deposit Terms
Deposits that have been successfully credited to your account cannot be reversed once processed. In the event of a technical error resulting in excess credits, j34d reserves the right to correct the amount without prior notice. Using incorrectly credited funds before the correction is made may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. The platform reserves the right to delay withdrawals until all verification requirements have been fulfilled. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the user. Withdrawal limits and processing times are subject to change and will be communicated via the account dashboard.
Suspicious Activity
J34d reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the platform may close the relevant account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
5. Liability Limitation, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Platform Liability Limitation
The j34d platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, free from errors, or that it will meet any particular user expectations. To the extent permitted by law, j34d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the j34d platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of the platform operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The j34d platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational purposes only. j34d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such links entirely at your own risk.
6. Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
J34d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or valid technical and security reasons. Accounts closed due to a Terms violation are not eligible for any refund of balances linked to the problematic activity. Users who believe their account has been suspended unfairly may contact the support team for further review.
Account Closure by User
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the j34d support team. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions are settled and verification requirements are met. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedure.
Terms Amendment
J34d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the j34d platform shall be resolved through the appropriate legal forums in Malaysia. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
